I was sifting through my photo collection, month by month and year by year. October 2024 has just stood out as the most colourful month in the past few years. I selected 40 of them and put them all here. It’s just a combination of beautiful varied weather and an autumn sky.
On September 6, the temperature reached 27 degrees Celsius, making it the warmest day of the year in Northern Ireland. This evening photo was taken with the Slieve Gallion mountain in the background.
These pictures were taken on the same day as the Harvest Moon, along with the pictures of the evening dusk. The first two images were taken in the early morning, and the last image was of the Super Harvest Moon in the evening. The 18th of September was a very colourful day.

Not very often do you see robins in the summer, and I thought they looked quite different from the ones you normally see in the winter. They appeared duller and less fluffy.
