I have just managed to capture a full-body image of a brown hare, especially without the grass covering its feet. On the shore of the Lough Neagh, at the Ballyronan Marina. The presence of a diverse bird population is evident there, thanks to the abundant Lough Neagh flies (midge), which are harmless but you can see from their presence in the photos. Not very often do you see robins in the summer, and I thought they looked quite different from the ones you normally see in the winter. They appeared duller and less fluffy.
The image above captures a close-up view of the hare, which emerged momentarily after I inadvertently frightened the buzzard away while attempting to capture a close-up of it perched on a long tree. Apparently, the wildlife animals on the ground waited in hiding while the buzzards were hovering around above. Additional Photos (Misc)
